♡ Please fully read my TOS before sending any payment. By placing your deposit or payment you confirm you have read and accepted my full Terms of Service♡ You must be 16 in order to commission me, ID showing your face and DOB may be required, all other information may be covered and no pictures will be held once the commission is complete♡ It is the responsibility of the commissioner to provide a clear and up to date reference/description of their character.
Please make sure it is accurate and correct as I am not responsible for inaccuracies shown on the reference and there are only so many opportunities to correct this before the making process - any mistake of my own i will correct♡ Progress pics and updates will be sent as progress is made privately and via my telegram channel as I work through my queue. These are your opportunity to request changes or worries etc, there is no guarantee a change is possible or will be made after the completion of your suit♡ Please be available for communication as it is key to a smooth and successful commission experience for both of us

♥︎ I reserve the right to alter my prices or refuse a commission♥︎ Quotes do not entitle you to a place in my queue without deposit♥︎ Quotes are valid for 60 days but price will not change if you have placed a deposit♥︎ If you have specific colours or materials you would like please specify during the quote stage so I can price accordingly and decide if I'm able to work within your specifications♥︎ Additional fees may apply if commissioning internationally♥︎ If you have a deadline please let me know beforehand so I can decide wether it is possible or if an additional rush fee is required

PAYMENT and PLANS

♡ To obtain a slot you must pay a 20% non-refundable deposit♡ After deposit you have 30 days to pay the full amount without a payment plan♡ There is an option for weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payment plans up to 6 months long at my own discretion♡ Accepted payment plans have non-negotiable payment deadlines that must be adhered too♡ Failure to complete a payment on time without discussion will result in a simple interest rate of 12% (interest that only applies to that months payment).♡ Three late or missed payments will result in cancellation of your commission, return of unused funds (not deposit) and shipment of work in its current state at your cost. if you refuse or do not contact me for 30 days, it will be changed into a premade with slight alterations to be sold by myself♡ Finished work will not be sent until full payment is received along with shipping costs

EDITS AND ERRORS

♥︎ All items made by me have a 1 year warranty that covers most general wear and makers errors*. Repairs that do not fit into this category can be discussed at a reduced rate for the duration of your warranty*"Makers errors" include but are not limited to:- holes, broken seams, features not adequately being secured ie. claws falling out♥︎ If the product is faulty contact me within 14 days of receiving it. It is your responsibility to contact me so we can discuss the problem and if you do have an issue:-○ send a detailed description with images where possible
● we will discuss shipping at your expense
○ if it is a makers error I will refund the shipping cost, fix and return the item free of charge
● if it is not my fault we will discuss shipping costs and repair payment♥︎ If we are attending the same meet or con you can get repairs free of charge as long as im notified before hand so I can bring the correct supplies and make time for it

POSTS AND RESALE

♡ I reserve the right to use photos or videos taken of your suit for promotional purposes, it is your decision wether you would like to be tagged in any content I use♡ You are free to post/use your suit as you like♡ I'm happy for my suits to be used for NSFW content as long as you are 18+ and do not partake in ageplay or feral content♡ Once you have the suit you have the right to resell it♡ Please contact me before reselling out of courtesy and send my details to the new owner as well as theirs to me as I like to keep in contact with the owners for repairs/questions and updates♡ You must state I'm the original maker and request that you do not upcharge my work without good reason ie. selling character rights or other work along side it

SHIPPING AND CANCELLATIONS

♥︎ Shipping will be paid on top of quoted price and work will not be sent before recieving it♥︎ Insurance will be included in the shipping cost where possible to protect against lost/damaged products via the chosen postal service (normally royal mail/parcel force), as well as tracking. If you have a problem with shipping please notify me* I am not liable for damage or lost/stolen items during shipping, it is the responsibility of the postal service and I can help you make the claim♥︎ Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, please be prepared for costs from £15 up to £100 for larger items and more when shipping internationally♥︎ I am not responsible for import fees outside the UK, please be prepared for your country's fees sometimes up to 30% of the items value depending on country. It is the law that you must pay any fees required by your government, failure to do so will result in your order being returned and as a result it may be cancelled and resold with modifications if no payment is made or retried upon its return♥︎ It is the responsibility of the customer to check the shipping details are correct when asked. A picture will be sent of the label, you must read it and confirm if all the details are correct♥︎ A recipient of costs will be shown upon request or before buying labels as appropriate♥︎ Cancellations on the behalf of the customer or myself may result in the customer being blacklisted♥︎ Cancellation does not guarantee a full refund♥︎ Cancellation after the order is near completion may result in the order being resold with minor changes and a max of 50% refund (assuming full payment has been paid)♥︎ I reserve the right to cancel or refund a commission due to not following my TOS, rude, inappropriate or hostile behaviour♥︎ I reserve the right to resell the product if no contact is made within 30 days, you will be notified and multiple attempts to contact you will be made before the deadline♥︎ Either of us are able to cancel the commission at any time. If it is at no fault of your own you are entitled to any unfinished work and a partial refund equivalent to the work needed, if it is at no fault of my own a refund may not be offered or delivery of the product depending on circumstances
